Founder & CEO | EcoServants®

Robert Trumper is the CEO and Executive Director of the Ecological Servants Project with extensive experience in office management, network coordination, and fundraising. As a Founding Officer of the nonprofit, Robert has been instrumental in its development since 2020. With a strong background in organizational leadership, Robert focuses on building strong networks and securing the resources needed to further the nonprofit’s mission. Passionate about community building and environmental advocacy, he is dedicated to ensuring the success and sustainability of the Ecological Servants Project.

Michael Bray

Michael Bray

Chief Financial Officer | EcoServants®

Michael Bray, a seasoned finance professional and advisor, serves as the Chief Financial Officer of the Ecological Servants Project. Since joining the organization, Michael has brought extensive expertise in finance, accountability, and business development to strengthen its financial foundation. His deep passion for ocean and wildlife conservation fuels his commitment to advancing the nonprofit’s mission. Through strategic financial oversight and sustainable business practices, Michael works to ensure financial stability and transparency, paving the way for the organization’s long-term success and lasting impact.

Jason Joslyn

Jason Joslyn is the Founder and Secretary of the Ecological Servants Project, focused on building the digital infrastructure and systems that enable teams, volunteers, and interns to document impact and scale environmental action with accountability. He supports EcoServants through technical architecture, program systems, and the development of tools like CSR reporting that strengthen transparency and measurable outcomes. Jason is also the Pastor of the Assembly of Eden and a Christian Author of the Ways of Eden, available on Amazon.

Digital Marketing Analyst | EcoServants®

Vyas Sasidharan is the Chief Data Analyst and Digital Landscape Advisor for the Ecological Servants Project, with extensive experience in data analytics and strategic advising. Since joining the project in 2021, Vyas has played a crucial role in expanding the organization’s global reach. An avid environmentalist, he leverages his analytical expertise to support the nonprofit’s mission of sustainability and conservation. His contributions have been vital in driving data-driven decisions and fostering growth for the Ecological Servants Project.

Craig Nolin has been a member of the EcoServants Advisory Board since 2025. With 25+ years in multimedia design and digital operations, he offers strategic insight into organizational development, creative direction, and scalable digital solutions that support our mission worldwide. His experience spans agency work, cross-platform content production, digital transformation consulting, and the development of user-centered systems that improve accessibility and engagement. Craig supports EcoServants through guidance on digital strategy, brand development, and innovative tools that strengthen our global environmental mission.

With artistic insight, cultural perspective, and strategic vision, he creates mission-driven experiences that resonate with audiences.

Tony Baricevic

Tony Baricevic

Climate Adaptation and Federal Engagement | EcoServants®

Tony Baricevic is a Senior Advisor for Climate Adaptation and Federal Engagement with EcoServants. His work focuses on aligning program development with federal science networks, climate adaptation frameworks, and national best practices. He supports the organization through analysis of federal landscapes, grant strategy, and the integration of data-informed approaches across initiatives. Tony’s background includes more than twenty years of experience in regulated financial sectors and customer-facing roles, along with a Master’s in Data Analytics. He brings a practical, results-oriented approach to cross-team partnership development, research, and strategic planning.

Andre Tang

Andre Tang

Grant Management Team | EcoServants®

Andre Tang is a member of the EcoServants Grant Management Team. Before joining EcoServants, he studied Political Science at the University of Central Florida (UCF). As a former intern with UCF’s Global Perspectives & Initiatives, Andre wrote analytical briefs on social issues for the program’s website and helped facilitate university events. He now aspires to build a career in nonprofit fundraising and has joined EcoServants to support the organization’s growth and advance its mission for the planet.
