Discarded cigarette butts leech toxic chemicals into our soil and waterways, such as lead, arsenic, and cadmium, as well as a variety of other polyaromatic hydrocarbons that are harmful to aquatic life.

It’s time to change that.

We’re encouraging our volunteers to collect and save littered cigarette butts for recycling. It’s a simple way to make a major difference and you can do it in 3 easy steps.

It’s a simple as this:

1. Collect between 1-10 lbs. of littered cigarette butts and be sure to keep them out of the reach of children.

2. Call us at 1-866-230-4066.

3. Way to go EcoServants… We’ll send you a free shipping label to our partner Terra-cycle and you send the butts off to be recycled.

When your shipment is received, the contents are sorted and processed into plastic pellets that are used to create new recycled products such as park benches, picnic tables and even shipping pallets.
