*** Meet my plants – Joy and Gratitude ***
Yes they are beat up. And yes they are thriving! My American friends probably know the story of the “Charlie Brown Christmas tree”. Charlie Brown, a cartoon character, finds the last lonely sad little tree. “It just needs a little love.” Well on Dec 27th or so I found these beauties 50% off at a grocery store. They fit my budget and honestly were all that I could carry. And they both fell to the ground by mistake on the way home! It’s pretty clear which one took to brunt of the fall (it’s leaning sideways). A little water and a little sunlight — that’s all they need! And they do brighten up the apartment a bit! Yes the Christmas-themed pots are …. and interesting choice lol But they now have a happy home where they are treasured. I’ve been binge watching Dallas (TV show) so Joy and Gratitude have been watching Sue Ellen, JR, Pam, and Bobby as they navigate love, betrayal, divorce, and business rivalries. And today my plants wanted to say “Hello” to *you*!
