Let’s take a moment to recognize Joshua Anderson, who rolled up his sleeves and spent part of his day cleaning up around Parkway Plaza in El Cajon. His commitment to protecting our planet is what being an EcoServant is all about. Thank you, Josh, for leading by example and showing us what it means to take action for our environment!
At EcoServants, we believe anyone can become an environmental steward—and it doesn’t require a fancy degree or a full-time job in conservation. It starts with caring. It grows with action.
Whether you’re picking up trash in your local park, spreading awareness about sustainability, or organizing your own community cleanup, you’re making a real impact. Stewardship is about taking responsibility for the spaces we share and ensuring they’re healthier for future generations. When we show up for the Earth, the Earth shows up for us.
And the best part? You don’t have to do it alone.
We’re building a growing network of volunteers, changemakers, and everyday heroes who are ready to get their hands dirty for a cleaner, greener world. People like Josh remind us that one person can spark change—and when more of us join in, that spark becomes a movement.
